Friday Feature Cocktail: Chocolate White Peach Bunny

No matter what holidays you may or may not be celebrating this season, the chocolate that surrounds the aisles in every grocery store and pharmacy should be enjoyed by all. If you’re already thinking about your summer beach body (you rock) here’s a liquid way to enjoy chocolate without feeling as guilty (if you drink the calories they don’t count right?) Or if you’re like me and you just want to enjoy as much chocolaty goodness as you can, you can pair this cocktail with the real thing.

Chocolate Peach Bunny Martini

  •  1 part ABSOLUT® Vanilia Vodka
  • 1 part Hiram Walker® Peach Flavored Brandy
  • ¾ part Hiram Walker® White Crème de Cacao
  • 1 part Light Cream

Shake and strain into martini glass, garnish with chocolate drizzle.

Brighten up your Tuesday

It’s a dark and rainy Tuesday, which seems even gloomier after the beautiful weekend weather we just had (and maybe for some even gloomier because of Tax Day).  In hopes of brightening up this dreary afternoon, I will be mixing up a bright and fruity Peach Beach cocktail!

Peach Beach

  • 1 ½ parts Light Rum
  • 1 part Hiram Walker® Peach Flavored Brandy
  • 1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar/simple syrup
  • 4 parts Orange Juice

Mix ingredients with ice in a rocks glass.

Friday Feature Cocktail: Lucky Double

This Friday I’m feeling in need of some luck. After the cold and wet weather of last weekend, I’m crossing my fingers (and hoping for luck) for some sunshine and springtime temps! I’m also hoping for some luck as my home state basketball team takes on the number 1 seed in the Tournament this Saturday night. So with luck in mind, today’s featured cocktail will be a Lucky Double!

Lucky Double

  • 4 parts ABSOLUT® Mandrin Vodka
  • 1 part Hiram Walker® Triple Sec
  • 4 Lemon Quarters

Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with lemon.

Happy weekend & enjoy!
