Friday Feature Cocktail: The Galway Girl

Happy Friday and almost St. Patrick’s Day! The St. Pat’s drinks continue this week as we approach March 17. While I am unfortunately not from Galway, I can say that I have been there and it is just as gorgeous as you would imagine. While there, I got to see the flags of the fourteen Tribes of Galway in Eyre Square, and Joyce was one of them (that’s my last name for those of you that don’t know).  A Joyce was also the creator of the Claddagh Ring in Galway, so as far as I’m concerned my last name allows me to call myself a “Galway Girl” on St. Patrick’s Day ;)
